Overview
If something has gone wrong, contact us promptly. We review refund requests against the service actually purchased, how much fulfilment has already taken place, and any rights that apply by law.

Before fulfilment starts
If you request cancellation before personalized work, human support, a scheduled session, or access to included digital material has begun, contact us at hello@skywingcareers.com. We will review the request and any applicable consumer cancellation rights.
Personalized services
CV creation and rebuilding, professional headline work, application support, personalized answer review and mentor work are services created for an individual candidate. Once that work has begun or been delivered, a full refund may no longer be appropriate or available, subject to applicable law.
Assessment Success
The 21-day support window begins after required intake and activation. Included human support and the two 20-minute sessions form part of the service. If a candidate's airline changes or cancels an event, contact Skywing promptly so we can review what part of the purchased preparation can still reasonably be delivered.
Digital guides
Where a guide is included with a service, access is personal to the purchaser. Refund availability may be limited after the digital material has been opened or delivered, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Recruitment outcomes
A rejection, no response, failed Assessment Day, visa or medical issue, or lack of a job offer is not by itself a basis for a refund. Skywing sells preparation and support, not a guaranteed airline decision.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice, or charged an amount different from the checkout confirmation, contact us with the email used for payment so we can investigate.
Legacy purchases
Older Skywing digital products bought before the current package structure retain the access and refund conditions attached to those purchases. The current package rules do not retroactively remove access already granted.
Skywing Delivery Promise
If Skywing misses an included deliverable for reasons within our control, the first remedy is an extension of the active support period by the time reasonably needed to complete that deliverable, capped at seven additional active days. This does not replace any refund rights that apply under law or this policy.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of the country where you live, including any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Which rights apply depends on that law.
How we use your data in a refund request
We use the information in a refund request, and related order and payment records, to assess the request, respond to you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. See the Privacy Policy for your data protection rights under the GDPR, the UAE PDPL and the Saudi PDPL.
