What Skywing is, and what it is not

Skywing is an independent preparation service for people who want to become cabin crew at a Gulf airline. We help you understand each airline’s requirements and prepare for each stage of its selection.

Skywing is not an airline, a recruitment agency or an employer. The airline makes every hiring decision, and no service can promise an invitation or a job.

A recruitment stage is one step of an airline’s selection, from checking the requirements to the final decision. The free diagnosis is our first step: you answer a few questions and get a result.

Words the five steps use

These terms appear in the steps below. Here they are in plain words.

Mentor: A person who prepares you one to one inside a paid service, for example in practice sessions. Skywing checks each mentor's background; mentors do not work for or speak for any airline.

Intake: The short form you fill in after you pay: your target airline, your current CV and the other details the service needs. Your support window and the CV delivery clock start only when it is complete.

Professional headline: One line at the top of your CV and online profile that says who you are and the role you want, for example “Hospitality professional applying for cabin crew”. It is the first thing a recruiter reads.

Support window: The number of active days a service gives you human support. It starts only after you complete your intake, so no days are lost before you are ready.

Stage brief: A short preparation note for one airline and one recruitment stage, built with your mentor from your actual invitation. Skywing uses it when it has no full guide for that airline, so no guide is invented.

Who it fits, and who it does not

It fits you if you want an honest read of your stage and of what can still change. You see what deserves your time and money before you buy anything.

It does not fit you if:

• You want a promise of an invitation, Assessment Day result or job offer. Nobody outside the airline can make that promise, and we do not.
• Your application is already live (submitted) and you want it rewritten. A live application cannot be changed, so what to do next depends on the airline’s status.
• You are already invited and want your CV rebuilt. The CV has done its job. Assessment Success prepares you for the stage ahead.
• You want a recruitment agency or a way to reach an airline recruiter. Skywing is not an airline, an agency or an employer.

The six recruitment stages

We work on the stage you are in now. If you are invited, we prepare the selection day instead of your CV.

1. Eligibility: do you meet the airline’s published criteria, such as age, education, languages and documents?
2. Application: you submit your CV and answers. Your CV should show the right experience clearly.
3. Screening: the airline’s first review of your CV. Silence does not always mean rejection, so act on facts, not guesses.
4. Invitation: the airline invites you to the next stage. Your priority moves from your CV to the stage ahead.
5. Assessment: a day of selection where the airline watches you in person. A typical day has a group exercise, individual tasks such as English and reach checks, then interviews.
6. Final stages: the last steps, such as the final interview. Prepare for them without starting again.

Which service fits your stage

Skywing sells four services, each built for one stage.

• You have not applied yet and your CV needs work: Cabin Crew CV Only. We review or build your CV around your target airline. No mentor is assigned.
• You are ready to apply to a suitable airline: Get Invited. You get a CV, a professional headline and a supported application. A mentor helps you during your support window.
• An airline has invited you to a selection stage: Assessment Success. You get live sessions, answer review and stage-specific preparation. CV rebuilding is not included.
• You want one mentor from application to Assessment Day: Full Support. Your mentor stays with you when your recruitment stage changes.

How a paid service runs

Your support window starts only after you complete your intake, so no days are lost before you are ready.

1. Choose the service for your stage. Each service is built for one stage. Your payment unlocks only the service you buy.
2. Pay in USD. CV Only, Get Invited and Assessment Success are one-time payments. Full Support is one payment or an optional instalment plan; its service page shows each payment. The final price and currency are shown at checkout.
3. Complete your intake. Share your CV or background, or the stage you are preparing for.
4. Work with your mentor. If your service includes a mentor, your mentor sees the context already on your account. You do not repeat your story.
5. Support follows your stage. With Full Support, your support moves forward when your stage changes. It does not restart.

What is automated and what is human

• Automated: the free diagnosis applies airline rules to your answers. The optional CV check reads the text of your CV and shows how an ATS (applicant tracking system, software airlines may use to sort CVs) may read it. Both are preparation checks, not a recruiter’s decision or an airline system.
• Human: Skywing mentors and advisors do the CV work, application support, answer review and live sessions during your support window.
• AI assistant: An AI assistant may answer routine support questions first, and it is always identified as AI. You can ask for a human mentor at any time during an active support window.

Your data and privacy

• No account to start. You can begin the diagnosis without one.
• Separate consent. Physical measurements and CV processing each need your separate consent.
• Short retention for audits. Anonymous CV audits are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• No sale. We do not sell candidate personal data to advertisers.
• The law. Your data is handled under the data-protection laws GDPR and the UAE and KSA PDPL, explained here.

GDPR: The General Data Protection Regulation: the European Union law on how organisations collect, use, keep and protect personal data, and on your rights to see, correct or delete it.

PDPL (UAE and Saudi Arabia): Personal Data Protection Law. The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia each have one. Like the GDPR, they set rules on how your personal data is collected, used and kept, and give you rights over it.
