How do refunds work?
We review each request against the service you bought, how much work has already been done and any rights that apply by law. If something has gone wrong, contact us promptly.
Does the price depend on the airline’s decision?
No. You pay for preparation and support, not for an airline decision. A rejection, no response or no job offer is not by itself a basis for a refund.

Questions candidates ask

What services does Skywing offer, and what do they cost?

We offer four services, charged in US dollars: CV Only, Get Invited, Assessment Success and Full Support. CV Only, Get Invited and Assessment Success are one-time payments. Full Support is one payment or an optional instalment plan. The services page lists current prices and what each includes. Checkout shows the final price before you pay.

Can I pay for Full Support in instalments?

Yes. Full Support has an optional instalment plan of equal payments. The Full Support page shows each payment and the total, and checkout shows the exact amount before you pay. Your support and mentor assignment start with the first payment. CV Only, Get Invited and Assessment Success are one-time payments.

Can I buy Emirates Cabin Crew Preparation on its own?

No. Emirates Cabin Crew Preparation is not sold on its own. It is one of the airline guides included at no extra cost with Assessment Success and Full Support when you target Emirates.

How do I know which service fits me?

Start with the free diagnosis. It looks at your airline, stage and history and tells you what to do next. As a guide: CV Only is for CV work, Get Invited for one supported application, Assessment Success for a stage you have been invited to, and Full Support for support that continues across several applications and stages.

I have already been invited. Which service should I look at?

An invitation changes your stage. Your focus moves to the stage in front of you, not back to the CV. Assessment Success is built for that stage. Full Support can continue after an invitation, and Get Invited cannot.

When does my support window start?

Your support window is the number of active days a service gives you human support. It starts only after you complete intake and we activate the service, so none of your support time is wasted. Get Invited runs 7 active days, Assessment Success 21 and Full Support has a 30-day base window. CV Only has no support window, and its delivery target starts after complete intake.
