What you can ask for
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete (correction);
- delete your data (deletion);
- send your data in a portable format (portability);
- restrict or stop certain processing (restriction and objection);
- stop using your data on the basis of your consent (withdrawal of consent).
How we check it is you
We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that nobody can obtain or delete someone else's data. We usually do this by replying to the e-mail address on your account. Do not send identity documents with this form; we will tell you if we need anything further and how to send it securely.
How long it takes
We respond within the time the applicable law requires; under the GDPR that is one month, which may be extended where the law allows. We log your request when you send it and e-mail you a reference.
What we may not be able to do
We may need to keep some records, for example invoices and payment records, for as long as the law requires. If we cannot fully act on a request, we will tell you why. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
