About Skywing
Independent preparation for Gulf cabin-crew recruitment
We help you prepare for cabin-crew recruitment at seven Gulf airlines. Skywing is not an airline and is not affiliated with one. Airlines make every hiring decision, and we do not guarantee an invitation or a job.
Who Skywing is
Cabin-crew recruitment has different problems at each stage. We tell you which stage you are in and what you can still change. We tell you what deserves your time and money before we sell you anything.

How Skywing works
Four parts work together, in this order:
- Airline eligibility. We check your situation against your target airline’s published requirements before we talk about preparation.
- Free diagnosis. Your result shows what we know, what we do not and what you can still change.
- One clear next step. Your next step can be to prepare, clarify, wait, leave it alone or use paid support. It can also be that you do not need to buy anything.
- Human mentors. When you choose a service with mentor support, your mentor works with you inside your support window, using preparation material Skywing has verified.
Independent from every airline
Skywing is an independent preparation and mentoring service. We are not an airline, recruitment agency or employer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline. Airlines make every hiring decision.
What we commit to
- We do not guarantee an invitation, Assessment Day result, job offer, visa, medical approval or employment outcome.
- We do not claim confidential access to airline scoring systems. Airline requirements can change, and we say so.
- If an airline has no Skywing guide, we do not use another airline’s guide or present invented material as verified.
- Our evidence is limited to material that is safe to publish. We never invent candidate stories.
We use airline names only to identify the airline you apply to. Trademarks and company names belong to their owners.
Who runs Skywing
Skywing Careers Academy is operated by Skywing Careers Ltd. Skywing mentors and advisors support candidates during the active support window.
- Humans: mentors and advisors work with you inside your support window.
- AI assistant: it may answer routine support questions first, and it is always identified as AI.
- Your choice: you can ask for a human mentor at any time during an active support window.
Independence and trademarks
Skywing Careers Academy is an independent career-preparation service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any airline. Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, Riyadh Air, Saudia, flydubai, Air Arabia and all other airline names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the airlines candidates apply to. Skywing cannot guarantee interviews or job offers.

Their published criteria differ in ways that are easy to miss, so each airline has its own page.

Honest uncertainty
We say what we know, what we do not and what can change. Your result may tell you that you do not need to buy anything.
Evidence first
Every requirement shows its source and the date we checked it. A claim without a named source and date does not appear.
Your stage decides
Advice depends on whether you have not applied, applied, been invited or finished an assessment. We ask about your stage before we recommend anything.
Privacy by default
We ask only for what a recommendation needs and explain why. You can delete your data.
Who you work with
Two roles support you: advisors and mentors.
- Advisors
- They review CVs and applications.
- Mentors
- They prepare you one to one inside a paid service. We check each mentor’s background first.
- Public profiles
- We list named profiles only for mentors who agree. Until we confirm photo rights, profiles use initials instead of photos.

Two standards shape how we handle your data and build this site.

- GDPR
- The General Data Protection Regulation: the European Union law on how organisations collect, use, keep and protect personal data, and on your rights to see, correct or delete it.
- PDPL (UAE and Saudi Arabia)
- Personal Data Protection Law. The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia each have one. Like the GDPR, they set rules on how your personal data is collected, used and kept, and give you rights over it.
- WCAG 2.2 AA
- The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, the international standard for websites that people with disabilities can use. Level AA covers points such as keyboard use, readable contrast and screen-reader labels.
