What the free diagnosis is

The free diagnosis is Skywing’s own check. You choose your airline and your recruitment stage, answer questions and get a result.

Nothing is sold before you see your result, and the result may tell you to buy nothing.

  • Cost: free
  • Account: none needed to start. You can create one afterwards to save your result.
  • Questions: about 7–12, usually 2–5 minutes. You can save and resume.

Why your airline and stage come first

Each airline sets its own rules, so your result starts from the airline you target. Eligibility checks cover seven Gulf airlines: Emirates, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways, Riyadh Air, Saudia, flydubai and Air Arabia.

Your stage is where you are in that airline’s selection. Pick the situation closest to yours:

  • Exploring: you are checking eligibility before you apply.
  • Preparing: you are building your CV and application.
  • Submitted: you have applied and are waiting on the airline’s portal.
  • Invited: you are preparing for a stage such as Assessment Day or a final interview.
  • Reapplication: an airline rejected you earlier. Most Gulf airlines set a cooldown (a waiting time before you can reapply), typically 3 to 6 months.

What we ask, and why

We ask only what can change your result. The questions adapt as your situation becomes clear.

  • Your airline and stage, so the advice fits where you are.
  • Eligibility facts. Eligibility means meeting an airline’s published minimum criteria, such as age, education, English, customer-facing experience and willingness to relocate.
  • Physical measurements, such as height and arm reach (how high you can reach with one arm), only where your airline publishes a rule about them. They are personal data. Your consent is separate from any purchase.
  • Your CV and background, only if you choose the CV check or a service that needs them.
  • Goals and timing, so what to do next is realistic.

What your result contains

Your result has four parts, all free.

  • Eligibility for your airline. We check your answers against the airline’s published requirements. We flag anything we cannot confirm, and we do not guess.
  • A readiness profile. Where you are strong and where to focus, shown as a radar chart: pressure control, operational awareness, professional mindset.
  • A CV (ATS) check, if you want one. An ATS (applicant tracking system) is software airlines may use to receive and sort CVs. Our automated check shows how an ATS may read your CV, and a Skywing advisor can review it.
  • What to do next. One priority: prepare, clarify, wait, leave it alone or use paid support. Your result may tell you not to buy anything.

How we handle your data

  • Separate consent. Measurements, CV processing and marketing are never bundled, and your consent is separate from any purchase.
  • Who sees your CV. It is sent securely to Skywing, and a Skywing advisor can review it. Mentors see your information only as needed to deliver your service.
  • Short retention for audits. Anonymous CV audits are deleted automatically after 14 days.
  • Your control. You can delete your data at any time. Depending on applicable law, you can also access or correct it.
  • No sale. We do not sell candidate personal data to advertisers.

Questions about the diagnosis

Does Skywing check whether I meet an airline’s requirements?

Yes. The free diagnosis starts with eligibility questions for the airline you target. Eligibility means whether you meet the airline’s published minimum criteria, such as age, height or documents. Requirements can change, so we flag anything we cannot confirm for you to check with the airline. We never guess.

What if some of my eligibility facts are unclear?

We leave unclear facts unresolved. Your result separates what we know from what still needs checking. It can tell you to clarify one point with the airline before you spend time or money on preparation.

What if I was previously rejected by an airline?

A past rejection puts you in the Reapplication stage. Most Gulf airlines set a cooldown, a waiting period of typically 3 to 6 months, before you can reapply. We check your cooldown status and review what happened in your earlier application or interview, without guessing. Then we help you build new, honest evidence before you reapply.

Does the free diagnosis cost anything? Do I need an account?

No, it costs nothing, and you need no account to start. It takes a few minutes. Afterwards you can create an account to save your result and your next step.

The airline has not replied. Does that mean I was rejected?

Not automatically. Silence does not prove a rejection, and we do not guess what it means. Your result will say what to do next, and that can be to wait.

Can I use my existing CV?

Yes. For CV work you can upload your existing CV, build a new one from your information, or reuse the CV from your free diagnosis.

What information does Skywing collect?

Depending on how you use Skywing, we collect: account details, your target airline and eligibility answers, diagnosis answers, CVs and documents you choose to upload, service intake information, mentor messages, session details, application status, purchase records, and technical journey events that we use to run and improve the platform.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell candidate personal data to advertisers, and we do not use journey analytics to make airline hiring decisions.
