Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
 

  • Unused Services: Refunds are available for services that have not been initiated, scheduled, or accessed. This includes unscheduled coaching sessions and courses not yet started.

  • Undownloaded Digital Products: If digital materials (e.g., e-books, guidebooks) purchased remain unaccessed and undownloaded.

  • Refund Request Within 7 Days: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date to be considered.
     

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Completed or Partially Used Services: Services that have been fully or partially delivered, including completed coaching sessions, attended assessments, workshops, or any utilized portion of service packages.

  • Accessed Digital Products: Once digital materials have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, they are no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for change of mind after purchase.

  • Late Refund Requests: Requests made after the 7-day refund window are ineligible.

  • Failure to Attend or Utilize Services: If you fail to attend scheduled sessions or do not utilize the services without following our cancellation policy, refunds will not be issued.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Written Request: Email us at hello@skywingcareers.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Full Name]".

  2. Provide Necessary Details: Include your name, order number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of your refund request.

  3. Await Eligibility Review: Our team will review your request to determine eligibility. This process may take up to 14 business days.

  4. Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email notifying you of the outcome of your refund request.

    • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

    • Denied Refunds: If declined, we will provide a clear explanation of the decision.

4. Additional Terms

  • Non-Transferable Refunds: Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

  • Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

  • Compliance with Policies: All refund requests are subject to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
